FY 2023-24 Annual State Budget Act has included more than $50.5 million for all RIPA claims filed thus far (for Fiscal Years 2017-18, 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21 and 2021-22) and payments from the State Controller’s Office will be arriving very soon!!!

Also discussed will be the “New” RIPA Reporting Requirements implemented by Assembly Bill 2773 (AB 2773) that are required to go into effect on January 1, 2024.
