For the 5th consecutive year, Nichols Consulting has paired-up with the technology firm, Veritone to provide a webinar on SB 90/State-Mandated Cost reimbursement for Law Enforcement activities, including the most significant program “Racial and Identity Profiling” (RIPA - AB 953).  In the 2025 CA State Budget Act, the Governor and State Legislature appropriated more than $94 million for SB 90/State Mandated Cost reimbursement, over $58 million is for law enforcement related activities!
